We are currently recruiting for the following positions: 

1. Job Title Sales Manager

 A motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our HR services sales unit. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of Sales Associates in driving sale. If you are competitive, goal oriented & highly motivated and capable of teaching your strategies to a team, we’re excited to talk with you. 

Responsibilities:

Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordinglyMonitor the program on 500+ accounts across all sales channneland pinpoint ways to penetrate new marketsProvide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new dealsMeet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with themDevelop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

Qualification/Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field7+ years’ sales experience in HR consulting.4+ years in leadership sales positionTrack record of superior performance metricsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong decision-making abilities

2. Job Title:  Business Analyst 

An experienced Business Analyst who can gather important company data and compile it into reports shareholders and departmental managers can use. We need someone who can take charge of a project and deliver results that will make the organization more profitable. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive E2E test cases at the application and multi-application levelsCreate direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjectionIdentify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all results.

Qualification; 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related technical field5+ years of associated work experienceAdvanced SQL database management and maintenance skillsPractical application ability with Microsoft Office and VisioDetailed analytical abilities
